As a hosted service, NDA performs all updates to eQuoteWizard making updates on the client side unnecessary. Tariff changes are monitored by NDA on a daily basis and included in eQuoteWizard bi-monthly - the most frequent in the industry. Should you choose to host eQuoteWizard at your site, updates will be provided to you twice per month.

Database backups are done on a daily basis. This includes backups of all quotes saved in eQuoteWizard. Application enhancements are scheduled and applied during off business hours unless notified otherwise.
