What is eQuoteWizard?
eQuoteWizard is a web-based application that facilitates pricing and cost comparisons for data and IP telecommunication services.  Increase quoting efficiency and accuracy and decrease quote turnaround times by centralizing quote creation.  Bi-monthly tariff updates ensure the most up-to-date information is used for your pricing.  By incorporating your proprietary rates and carrier agreements into eQuoteWizard's Product Catalog, you can instantly perform carrier comparisons to view available routing solutions and costs.  eQuoteWizard's centralized Product Catalog can directly feed your internal applications enabling a single source for pricing and costing.

What services are supported?
eQuoteWizard supports data, IP and voice services including DS0, DS1, DS3, OCn, Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, Internet Services, IPVPN, MPLS, SIP Trunking, DSL, centrex, PBX and POTS.

What are the integration capabilities of eQuoteWizard?
eQuoteWizard supports several integration methods including web services, batch processes and database adapters. We have integrated with our customers' ordering, provisioning and CRM systems, including Siebel, as well as many applications like MapMarker, ExchangeInfoPlus and MapPoint.

How does eQuoteWizard address the issue of Local Number Portability?
eQuoteWizard accepts address and CLLI inputs for locations. Its built in geocoding engine will map an address to its SWC. eQuoteWizard can also integrate to other geocoding products used by your organization.

Users can enter the CLLI code of the SWC directly into eQuoteWizard or eQuoteWizard can provide the CLLI code to the user for an entered NPANXX.

Are you willing to do customization for carriers?
Yes, most of our customers request customization to meet their unique requirements. We are able to implement new rate structures, services and plans very quickly due to our highly flexible architecture and data import mechanisms. We can include your rates & POPs for services like Private Line and Frame Relay in a matter of days.

Is eQuoteWizard available as a SaaS model?
Yes. You can access eQuoteWizard from our server or install it at your site.

What are the supported operating systems?
The eQuoteWizard application and database servers operate under Windows 2000 or 2003 and the client operates under any operating system that supports Internet Explorer.

What databases are supported?
eQuoteWizard uses an Oracle database.

What type of maintenance do you offer?
NDA's product maintenance consists of the following:

Software: Telephone and e-mail technical support is provided during regular business hours. Custom product enhancements are done for our customers on an as need basis. Product enhancements are also provided as part of our annual maintenance contracts.

Tariff: Tariff and CLLI/NPANXX changes are monitored on a daily basis. Updates are provided to customers twice per month - the most frequent in the industry.
